Ginny was born in Kansas City, KS on September 18, 1959. She was the daughter of Stanley Rank and Dorothy Rank (Stevens).

Ginny was the 9th of twelve children and had a very "active" childhood. She was proud graduate of Bishop Ward High School. Ginny was blessed with three children, Eric, Justin, and Sara. Ginny's life then focused on work and being a loving mother to her children.

In 2012, Ginny met Mike and they have been arm and arm throughout the years.

Ginny was preceded in death by her parents, brothers (Brian, Kevin, Michael) and sister (Connie). Ginny leaves behind her husband, Mike, her children (Eric, Justin, Sara), brothers (Steven, Richard), and sisters (Karen, Trudy, Teresa, Mary, and Natalie), grandchildren (Michael, Mason, Lauren, Isaac, Alex), and special nieces (Vikki, Dana) along with innumerable other nieces and nephews, and dear friends (Darlene, Sam).

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Sisters Servants of Mary, 800 N 18th Street, Kansas City, Kansas. Donations also suggested to Alzheimer's Association.

Committal services will be held on Monday, June 15th, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Leavenworth National Cemetery, 150 Muncie Road, Leavenworth, Kansas.  Please arrive at the cemetery office no later then 9:45 am.
