V. Elaine Archdekin, 71, passed away April 12, 2025.  She was born February 13,  1954, in Shreveport, LA, to Virgil and Eddie Juanita Guyer.

Elaine attended school in Clovis, New Mexico prior to moving to Missouri.

She retired in 2003 from American Family Insurance Company after working ten years for family guidance.

She enjoyed her family, fishing, and an occasional evening at the slot machines.

On October 9, 1999, she married David Archdekin and spent twenty five years together prior to her passing.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Richard Oliver.

Survivors include her husband David; son's Jacob Wyatt and Mat Thompson (Lindsay); daughter Heather Martinez (Simon); sister Dana Mabary; brother Edward Oliver;  grandsons Devyn Catchpole, Chase Martinez, Austin Thompson; granddaughter Adalynn Thompson; great-granddaughter Isabell Catchpole.

The family suggests donations be made to Noyes Home.

Graveside services will be Thursday, April 17, 2025 at 1:00 pm at Fairview Cemetery.
