Rodney Leroy Stockstill, Sr., 61, of Elwood, KS, passed away April 17, 2023 in Edwardsville, KS, after a lengthy illness.  Rodney was born May 10, 1961, in St. Joseph to Allen and Mary (Dawson) Stockstill.

He was a over the road truck driver for most of his life.  He enjoyed playing pool and going to concerts.

Survivors include a son Rodney Leroy Stockstill, Jr., long time partner Margaret Belding, brother Jason Stockstill, sister Stacy Bush, several grandchildren and nephew Alex Bush.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Rodney has been cremated under the direction of Heaton-Bowman-Smith & Sidenfaden Chapel.  Services will be at a later date.
