Peggy Louise Parsley, 74 of St. Joseph, passed away March 7, 2025.  Peggy was born October 5, 1950 in St. Joseph to Harry and Emma (Wineinger) McKinnon.

She was a graduate of Lafayette High School.  Prior to retirement she worked at Quest Diagnostics as a phlebotomist.

She was married to William (Bill) Parsley and he preceded her in death.  Also preceding her in death were her parents; and brothers Danny Wineinger and Harry D. McKinnon.

Survivors include her daughters Annie Karr, Michelle Sexton (Troy), Kayce Telles (Dave), Susan Eslinger (Aaron);  12 grandchildren, Amber, Brittney, David, Alexis, Jessika, Stephen, Melysa, Lauryn, Lindsay, Lacey Dawn, Alyssia, Masen; ten great-grandchildren, Elise, Cooper, Kinsley, Quinn, Legend, Jackson, Zailey, Paxten, Logan, Paisyn, Whitten; brother John McKinnon (Barb); her best friend Nancy Pulliam (John); other relatives and friends.

She loved being around her family, grandkids, and great-grandkids, and liked spending time with her friends.

No services are scheduled at this time.  Celebration of Life Services will be at a later date.
