Kathleen Marie (Petitt) Holland, 69, of St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away Thursday, June 5th, 2025.

She was born January 4th, 1956 in St. Joseph, Missouri to Bobby Lloyd Petitt and Rose Marie.

She retired from American Family Insurance after 38 years.

Her greatest joy was being a Nannie to all her Grandchildren.

She loved watching The Young and The Restless soap every day, and cheering on the Chiefs.

She was a loving Mom, Sister and Aunt.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Terry and son Jeremy.

She is survived by her siblings Danny (Linda) Petitt; Donna (Junior) Schoenfelder; Tracy (Robert) Obermier; Bobby (Julie) Petitt; several Nieces and Nephews;  Grandchildren Dakota and Austin Holland; and Great Grandchildren Kadence; Gunnar; Everleigh, Oaklynn and Alonna Holland.

Services will be Thursday, June 12, 2025 at 12:00 noon at Heaton-Bowman-Smith & Sidenfaden Chapel.  Burial will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery. The family will receive friends 11:00 am to 12:00 noon prior to the service at the funeral home.
