Deborah Marie (Allee) Bolinger, 71, left us unexpectedly on June 14, 2026. Deb was born February 14, 1955, to Betty Jordan and James Allee. Deb was a longtime bartender in St. Joseph, Missouri, and loved to tell stories of her time and customers at locations such as the L&M, Jackson's, and J&J's. From her recollections, there was never a dull moment in "Goosetown."

She was a fiercely devoted mother, wife, friend, aunt, grandma, and great-grandma who wouldn't hesitate to give anything in her power to her loved ones.

Deb is survived by her wife of 26 years, Leah Twombly; her son, Brian Bolinger; grandsons Bryceton Bolinger, Lennon Bolinger, Elijah Bolinger, and Ty Nance; granddaughter Tia Nance; great-grandsons Keaton Bolinger and Isaac Bolinger; great-granddaughters Rory Bolinger and Claire Bolinger; best friends Mike Brady and Richard Kirby; brother Troy Allee, multiple nieces and nephews, and many friends.

Deb was preceded in death by her parents; grandson, Brinnin Bolinger; sisters Connie Allee and Donna Hall; and best furry friend, Molly.

Per her wishes, Deb has been cremated. As her friends know, she was always the "hostess with the mostest" who liked nothing more than cooking for and hosting friends.

With that in mind, friends and family will gather at 6:00pm on Friday, June 19, at the First Ward House. Please join us to share in memories of Deb.

Arrangements under the direction of Heaton-Bowman-Smith & Sidenfaden Chapel.

If desired, memorial contributions may be made to either of two of Deb's favorite charities: St. Joseph's Indian School (https://www.stjo.org/) or St. Jude's Children's Hospital (https://www.stjude.org).
