Danny Ray Paradise, 73, of St. Joseph MO passed away peacefully on December 30th, 2022.

He was born July 28th, 1949 in St. Joseph MO to Charles James Paradise and Margie Cleo (Sharp) Paradise. Danny attended Lafayette High School and in 1968 was drafted into the Army where he was stationed at Ft. Lenerworth and Ft. Rilley before being sent to Vietnam.

In 1971 Danny received the Purple Heart Medal and was Honorably Medical Discharged.

He worked at the State Hospital for 30 plus years as a PA2.

Danny was an avid Chiefs fan who loved his dogs.

Danny enjoyed playing pool, listening to music and loved his old cars.

Danny touched many people's hearts and will be missed dearly.

He was preceded in death by his father and mother and nephew Michael Paradise.

He is survived by his wife Taryn Paradise. His Children; Danny J (Liz) Paradise of Topeka KS; Cassie (Jason) Wasmund of Kearney NB. Grandchildren; Jaxon and Jaycie Wasmund; God Son Danny Merritt of St. Joseph MO. Brothers Michael (Cathey) Paradise and Terry Paradise (Vicky Davis) and nephew Jason Paradise, all of St. Joseph Mo.
